Rose & Cardamom Bliss Balls
Soft, fragrant, and naturally sweet, these rose and cardamom bliss balls are a nourishing little ritual snack. They are grounding, gently energising, and carry a delicate floral warmth that feels both comforting and uplifting.
These were part of the Beauty & Collagen Bar during The Glow Edit morning event this Sunday. After so many requests, we decided to share the recipe online so you can recreate them at home and enjoy them in your own rituals.
Ingredients
1 cup raw cashews
1 cup raw almonds
1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
1 cup pitted dates
1/4 cup raisins
2 tsp cardamom powder
1 tsp rose petal powder
1 tbsp rose water
Optional personal touch:
I used dried cranberries instead of raisins for a slightly tangy flavour, but raisins work just as well. I also added a spoon of homemade rose jam from Lebanon for a deeper floral note. This is completely optional, you can simply stick to the original recipe and use rose water.
Preparation
Add the almonds and cashews into a food processor and blend until finely ground.
Add the dates, raisins (or cranberries), shredded coconut, cardamom powder, and rose petal powder.
Blend again until the mixture becomes sticky and starts to come together.
Add rose water and pulse until fully combined. Adjust texture if needed with a little more dates or coconut.
Roll into small bite-sized balls using your hands.
Optionally roll in extra coconut, rose petal powder, or nuts.
Store in the fridge for up to one week.
