Vinyasa Yoga is a flowing, dynamic practice linking breath with movement to build strength, flexibility, and inner calm. I teach all levels in English and French, using music and live instruments for a full, immersive experience.

Yoga Sculpt is a dynamic and energizing practice that blends yoga flows with very light dumbbells to build strength, stability, and endurance while staying connected to the breath. Classes are accessible for all levels with variations offered throughout. I teach in both English and French, using music and instruments to create a motivating and immersive experience.

Les cours sont accessibles à tous les niveaux, avec des variations proposées. J’enseigne en français et en anglais, avec musique et instruments pour créer une expérience immersive et motivante.

YIN _______YOGA

Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice that invites the body to release tension, improve flexibility, and calm the nervous system through longer-held poses. I like to teach Yin with a gentle flow, introducing small, mindful movements within the poses to deepen awareness and sensation. The body is supported with props such as bolsters, blocks, and blankets to allow deeper relaxation. Classes are accompanied by music that follows the rhythm of the practice , with soft candlelight creating a soothing and immersive atmosphere. I teach in both English and French, with options to make the practice accessible for all levels.

Le Yin Yoga est une pratique lente et méditative qui invite le corps à relâcher les tensions, améliorer la souplesse et apaiser le système nerveux grâce à des postures tenues plus longtemps. J’aime enseigner le Yin avec un léger flow, en ajoutant de petits mouvements conscients dans les postures pour affiner les sensations et la présence. Le corps est soutenu avec différents accessoires comme des bolsters, briques ou plaids pour permettre une détente plus profonde. Les cours sont accompagnés de musique qui suit le rythme de la pratique, avec des bougies qui créent une atmosphère apaisante et immersive. J’enseigne en français et en anglais, avec des options pour rendre la pratique accessible à tous les niveaux.
